1) You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate in order to complete your order, access your account, your license information, and your downloadable content. If the contact email or any details provided is incorrect you can reach out to me on the contact page to fix these issues that can't be resolved within your own account page. Users must create an account to purchase items on SickCapital since the personal and transaction details provided are used for associating with your license purchase. 

 2) Any details you provide on this website are strictly used for shop purposes and are made confidential and will not be used for marketing or third parties. SickCapital.com uses “Recaptcha” to prevent spam and bots from entering data on forms so your selection/input is verified by a third party in this instance; this extension is operated by Google Inc. We do not sell your information to third parties or share any information for any purpose.

3) User accounts may or may not be available depending on server issues or website problems and users understand if there is an issue with their account they can use the contact page to resolve any issues or bugs. This site and its services may or may not always be available depending on technical issues or other reasons. If you encounter issues with the site or do not believe your purchase is being completed properly you are eligible for a complete refund (see 'Refund Policy' below for more details.)

4) When you subscribe to the mailing list your email will only be used for promotional materials within SickCapital and will not be given to outside parties for any other purpose; you can opt out of the mail subscription by following the links in the email. It is rare that we send out promotional emails and we do not request or inquire about account information unless we are responding to a specific customer's request. Do not share your account details with anyone except within the website.

5) Usage of the SickCapital logo is prohibited.

6) Commercial redistribution and reselling of SickCapital.com font files is prohibited. No websites except SickCapital.com sells commercial licenses for the fonts available on this website. Content is ©Andrew Hart

By making a purchase on SickCapital.com you agree to follow the purchase policy and its limitations including: agreeing to the license outlined with your purchase, not publicly or privately distributing the files made available in your purchase with parties not associated with the license owner.

Refund Policy:

If you run into technical issues with the site or experience delays with your order, you're welcome to request a full refund—no questions asked. Just keep in mind that once a refund is processed, commercial use of the refunded item(s) is no longer allowed.

Since all font files are available to test for free before purchase, refunds for other reasons (like change of mind) are generally not offered.

If you do need a refund, feel free to reach out. Your issue should be resolved within a few business days depending on availability. Refunds are usually handled directly through the payment method you used, like PayPal or Zelle.
